"This is the third time we stay here and it has yet to disappoint. We are a family of 4 with smeller littles . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free breakfast had a good amount of variety and no micro managers watching what or how much you take. On the contrary, the staff was vigilant about needing to replenish food. Parking pass is needed which they took from the deposit. My littles love the view of the freeway from our room, they stay up to watch it as long as they can before they K.O....

"Property was getting tired. Family pool was u kept. Lounges and umbrellas stained, pool and jacuzzi finishes needed updating. Adult pool was in better condition. Resort as a whole was grossly overpriced. The only factor worth the money was the Valet parking."

The gym air conditioning did not seem to be working so it was very toasty in there. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient for our day trips, no further than a 20-25 minute drive to the beach, Safari Park, the Zoo, and close to Costco, Trader...
